Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Global Data Support offers a free trial with limited credits to new users. This allows you to test our service before purchasing any paid service. No payment information is required for the free trial.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your service or order at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service will remain active until the end of the current service period
  • You will continue to have access to delivered data or services until the service period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

3. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality service, but if our service does not meet your expectations, our refund policy is as follows:

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment
  • Refunds are only considered for technical problems or if we fail to deliver the agreed service
  • Refunds may be granted in special cases at our discretion

3.2 Refund Limitations

  • Refunds are only applicable to the most recent payment
  • Refunds are not available if the service has already been completed and delivered
  • Partial refunds are not available for partially completed services

3.3 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed data entry work
  • Delivered leads or contact lists
  • Custom or manual research projects
  • Services already completed and delivered
  • Payments made more than 7 days ago

4. Service Policy

Our services include data entry, lead generation, email collection, LinkedIn research, and data enrichment. Once the work has been completed and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have any payment issues or refund requests, please contact our support team first. We will try to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to change service pricing or service features at any time.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service if a user violates our Terms of Service. In this case, no refund will be provided.
